It feels like more than just a coffee store - it creates a whole experience for the customers. however, on the internet aspect, yes, they did fall behind compared to Blenz... So if Blenz caught up more in their variety of merchandise and the decor, the could definitely oust Starbucks in some regions! Starbucks does have a better atmosphere, and the way they sell items beyond just coffee is perhaps one of their strengths in marketing. It feels like more than just a coffee store - it creates a whole experience for the customers.
