I think it's unfair for them to put that 5 people per 30 second restriction on you. i would think it would be in your best interest to find something else. the last thing you want is a restriction on when visitors can see your page. Good to hear your web hosting experience is going well...ours has been the opposite. We signed a two year contract with dreamhost and our site has been just about crashing with 6,000 hits. They sent us an email telling us that they put a restriction on our site to only allow 5 people to view our site within a 30 second time period. It's hard to write posts because we have trouble navigating through the site. Today was a little better, but that's rediculous.
