Jeff In Costa Rica - June 29
June 29th :
Due to some minor problems my client ended up moving on the same day I landed (28th) so the next day we went shopping to get stuff for the new place. This complex is a closed-gate community with security, smack in the middle of a long winding road in an ordinary Costa Rican neighbourhood. It’s the real way to travel instead of going to some fancy resort which is more or less a replica of living in Vancouver (or any other high-end city) except in a warmer area.
Here’s the place I am in :

Don’t you think that bloggers should be less mindless and post on more meaningful things such as charity? America is in the toilet and you aren’t do your fair share to make it better. You are a journalist but not an activist. I would hate to be you.
Consider making a difference and make your next blog entry on something worth caring about. How about suggesting to your readers your favorite charity. Maybe some of them will even contribute…
It’s none of your business whatever the hell I write about. Does this look like a charity blog? I didn’t think so. This blog is about business, web development, technology, economy, etc.
Secondly I have my own reasons for not involving myself in any kind of charities and they are good enough reasons, and too long to explain here so you’ll just have to accept it. One of the reasons, however, would be that I know too much, and another is that I’m not your typical privileged North America middle-upper class who needs to do charity and hug trees to feel the moral devoid within me.
Hey Jeff
Have ya returned to Vancouver yet??
Far from it buddy,
here til July 25th or even more.
Just found your blog not too long ago, good stuff… Seeing those Costa Rica pics makes me want to go back on vacation… seriously…
Haha yeah it’s great times for sure!!!
Looks great Jeff, but why you in Costa Rica? What you are doing there, and how you did it would be a more interesting post.
Happy Belated Canada Day…Oh Canada!
wow that neighborhood is really cute. it reminds me of Orange County, but with a nicer sky (seeing clouds is very rare in southern cali…really…)
The lad has become silent…wake up Jeff.
