Get Deals with Online Discount/Promo Coupon Codes
Many of you may remember my old post where I was giving out 5 free photo credits on istockphoto.com as referrals. Let’s face it - We all like coupons and discounts, and freebies are even better. From a company’s perspective, it is a great way to entice users to try out their products - it’s a win-win for both of us.
I remember, when I was first signing up for istockphoto.com, I was sure there must be a discount code for that, so I went ahead to search some on Google. Most of them were duds, and some of the sites were infested with popups and what not, and it was quite sketchy navigating through those sites, even with my Norton Antivirus on.
While I was looking for discount codes on Amazon.com so I can purchase some books I wanted, I found this site :
This website offers a safe navigation environment (which is key), as well as a much better navigation system than any other coupon aggregation sites I’ve seen. Also, this site offers a lot of codes from the big time merchants that we DO shop at, which adds to the practicality of this website.
While surfing, I found codes for BestBuy, Addidas, and National Geographic Online. These were just the few noticeable online merchants that are well known and popular.
They have other great features such as RSS feeds on certain stores, as well as “Email to a friend” function. Also, upon clicking an offer/discount code item, it displays a pop-up window with directions as it takes the original browser to the target vendor’s website. However, one thing that they are missing is the rating option. I’ve seen other online coupon sites that have an option to vote whether it worked or not, so that the side admins can easily take down the ones that are expired or were invalid to start with. But with this site, the only way to find out whether it’s working or not is.. well. To go there and see for yourself. Unless they are very diligent with checking whether their data is valid or not, this could be an annoyance.
So there you go - unless you are incredibly rich and don’t care much about discounts, you will benefit from this site, just like I did.

there’s nothing like finding a great deal! I wish i could just control myself from pulling out my wallet and taking advantage of every great deal I find!
haha yeah its a temptation so bad…
Altho i’ve gotten better at self-control for spending money and such!
I got an invite to join this group that says they pay for participations and have drawings.
http://www.netverdix.com/WhyJoin/tabid/89/Default.aspx
When you are invited, qualify, participate and complete a survey (full-length questionnaire) you will receive cash for your time, effort, answers and opinions.
Incentives typically range in value from $2 to $60 per survey, focus group and media analysis depending on the complexity and length of time it takes to complete the activity.
Each time you respond to an invitation and complete a screener (a short questionnaire) and don’t qualify for a full survey, you will be entered into one of four cash drawings per month for the possibility of winning $50 per drawing.
For every 10 surveys that a panel member takes, whether qualified or not, the panel member will receive one entry into the Netverdix Yearly drawing for the opportunity to win $1200.
It’s worth a shot so I joined cause it’s free!
