How interesting! Great blog you have here. In checking out some Costa Rica blogs, namely Costa Rica HQ, I stumbled across yours and wanted to say that I appreciate the way you describe customer service. It seems that many customer service agents have a lot more to learn. I don't think I've come across too much personality mirroring. However, I am still young and maybe part of the process is to do it in a way that the customer doesn't know that is what you are doing. I own a business and deal with a lot of customers. I haven't been to school to learn what you seem to have learned through experience, but I think I do my fair share of that myself. I just didn't know that was what it was called. Thanks for your article.
